How do you relate to your workers?
Marco Iorio, I like veritably important to be in touch with my workers, I always try to hear from them and to encourage their participation to nonstop enhancement. I delegate tasks to those with further experience, accepting also miscalculations considering them as an all-important part of the lump. On the negative, I spend further time with young workers because they need further attention and training. That’s why I consider it important to have sanctioned one-to-one journal meetings as well as commanding a little converse by the coffee machine every moment of battle can be important. Occasionally I feel like a particular kind of Neapolitan a bit “ German” I believe that department and reference for rules are always consequential, as well as the concentration to details without giving up beaming or making a mockery. I always explosively advance my platoon, aiming at excellence, because it’s only in this boulevard you can ring up great results. I understand this isn't always easy to accept! The most important factor for me is cooperation, from the Daily Meeting to the consummation of SGA (SmallGroup Activity) continuing with conditioning outside the plant like the rearmost cuisine competition we made, without banning the festivity of a good aftereffect, a usual dry run clearly compulsory in order to motivate the workers. PVDF painted aluminum coil.
What are generally the worker's responses to changes?
Marco Iorio, I like to imagine a plant as numerous entrepreneurs coincidentally, each one espying it as his own, sharing in its development and enhancement. From the veritably first daylight of work in Italcoat I always tried to make some small advancements. I've to confess that it’s not easy to make them take, but I’ve learned that alteration is taken only through hand involvement. There's still a long way to go but acting ago on the company, how it was 4 times agone, I see now a forcefully demonstrated group, thanks to the commitment of everyone. Fire A2 Core Coil.
What design are you most attached to? Why? What are the pitfalls and difficulties you met during the planning and perpetration?
Marco Iorio The design “ Standardization of the oil process “will allow us to make the qualitative vault. The design requires the involvement of everyone, sets working norms, and guarantees quality. It's also a veritably complex design because of the wide lea of products we manufacture and the high composition of variables accouterments, operation parameters, and operations. The perpetuation of this design chipped in, three times, to reduce pretensions, adding a product yield of 5 and the overall perform
A hygroscopic coating for energy recovery
Aluminum coatings ameliorate essence characteristics and give new functionalities. The hygroscopic coating developed by Italcoat R&DDept. facilitates energy recovery.
Aluminum is a material that finds operation in numerous artificial sectors and every final product needs its specific coating for the loftiest performance.
Thus at Italcoat supplying Aluminum means not only to produce but also to constantly exploration treatments that can ameliorate the parcels of the material.
One of the numerous sectors that during the times has involved Italcoat R&DDept. has been the rotors assiduity. Italcoat has developed a hygroscopic coating for Aluminum, suitable to absorb and release air humidity. Hence, this kind of lacquered Aluminum is perfect for the product of energy recovery rotors.
The coating produced by Italcoat, applied on degreased and pretreated Aluminum, is made of a hygroscopic element in spongy polymeric earth.
One of the main advantages of the hygroscopic coating is a better erosion resistance of the rotor,e.g. in marine terrain.
Also, by specific antibacterial and germicide products, the rotor itself limits the bacteria conformation and growth. Several tests have given excellent results attesting to the product capacity to drop the bacterial position.
